Summertime means al fresco dining along The Avenue

“Summertime and the living is easy” and it couldn’t be any more easy than dining al fresco at several restaurants along The Avenue of Glendora Village..

Dining outdoors is so much more fun when you don’t have to do the cooking and cleanup – so let one of these restaurants do all that for you.
Just sit back and relax . . .
Classic Coffee, 148 N. Glendora Ave. Glendora, CA (626) 335-3313 – Charming cast-iron tables and chairs make this coffee house (with plenty of breakfast choices, pastries and snacks, including frozen delight Gelato Classico) a reason to enjoy the shade on a summer day.
Domenico’s Jr., 146 N. Glendora Ave. Glendora, CA, (626) 852-0950 – Pizza (whole and by the slice), pasta, salads, sandwiches and more are made to be enjoyed outside on a summer evening.
Frisella’s Roastery,  179 N. Glendora Ave., (626) 852-1810 – Summer means barbecue and Frisella’s “almost famous” ribs, chicken, tri-tip beef, and pork lunches and dinners are perfect choices. The restaurant’s zesty BBQ sauce, colorful salads, salsa, just-baked rolls, rich marinara sauce, crispy potato chips, and delicious desserts are all made from scratch.

Kara’s Korner, 101 W. Foothill Blvd., (626) 914-7447 – The enclosed patio is a quiet, shady spot to enjoy any of Kara’s wide-ranging menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Watch for daily specials that aren’t in the menu. Choose from delicatessen favorites, international fare from Italian to Asian to Mexican and good ol’ fashioned hamburgers, fries, renowned sandwiches and more.
