The “Summer Breeze” fundraiser drew a large crowd to benefit
the Monrovia Providers Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting
local senior citizens with urgent needs that are not being filled elsewhere.
MPG fulfills senior requests for vital everyday needs – dentures
and diabetic shoes, and for repairing or replacing an oven, refrigerator and
heater for home-bound senior citizens in Monrovia and surrounding communities.
Also, on July 16 Visiting Angels Glendora and Visiting
Angels Upland teamed up with Visiting Angels Chino for a presentation at
Citrus Valley Hospice for their Case Managers and RNs.
